Immunohistochemistry
In routine practice, different results can be obtained using different stainings. Immunohistochemistry offers the tools to produce different visualizations of sections of one specimen.
With MIRAX IH-Lab you can enjoy the merits of immunohistochemistry. The concept is similar to MIRAX TMA, another product of 3DHISTECH, that is, standardized multi-user evaluation (“scoring”) of great amount of data. Evaluation is based on cells of a grid instead of cores. The same user-defined grid is drawn up on the same locations of the sections with different stainings and the user(s) can score the cells one by one. One user is granted extended rights (“superuser”) with control of the process.
The results are saved in the slides and they can be exported to comma separated files (CSV) for statistical purposes.
