Tissue microarrays
Tissue microarrays (TMA) represent a fairly new invention in routine pathology, a solution you can use effectively only with virtual microscopy.
With tissue microarrays you can process a great amount of patient sample data in a fast and reliable way. Spots of multiple (even a couple hundred) specimens are positioned on a single slide thus being economic, faster to stain and of even quality.
TMA from 3DHISTECH offers you a project based workflow to handle tissue microarrays. Scoring is easy and fast while the data of scoring is saved in an XLS file that contains all the information you need (patient name, organ, score, etc. plus other user-defined parameters). TMA supports multi-user operation as well.
