The new FISHQuant lets you evaluate your FISH probes on MRXS digital slides. Choose between the built-in probes, modify them and add more! With the live preview you can see what and how will be detected.
The program categorizes the nuclei to normal, abnormal and artifact groups. The detections can be visualized and rescored in the new classification gallery.
