HistoQuant
HistoQuant is a quantitative and qualitative analysis module for both tissue samples and cells. It can count cell nuclei and measure nuclear features (morpho- and densitometric). Also, glandular tissue structures can be morphologically characterized. Detection of glands, measurement of glandular morphometric parameters, intraglandular cell number and cell features is supported. Tissue cytometric features are also determined. You can create and load macros, the macros and the results are written in the slide.
