Currently we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic colleague to join our sales department dealing with 3DHISTECH’s premium distributor network:

European Cytology Product Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining B2B client relationship with new and existing distributors of medical devices
  • Develop a sales and marketing plan for Europe
  • Establish a direct sales program if determined to be appropriate in some or all countries
  • Discovering sales opportunities and maintain sustainable high profitability
  • Providing technical advice and consultative sales
  • Conducting commercial negotiations and active participation in preparing tender documentation
  • Presenting the company on international conferences and fairs
  • Reporting sales results, market trends, competitor activities

 

Requirements - Ranked:

  • Hold a degree in cytology/cytology assistant/biologist/medical imaging microscopic specialist and must be very comfortable in a medical or biological lab environment
  • An excellent negotiator and communicator in spoken and written English, and ideally Hungarian and French or German.
  • Creativity, flexibility, strong interpersonal skills, sales personality, highly motivated for success, ambitious
  • Ability to work independently
  • Have a driving license and driving experience- a must-(essential)
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills and good mechanical attitude
  • Willingness to travel abroad (mainly in Europe and USA) –a must-(essential)
  • Team-player attitude
  • Expert in MS Office applications
  • Have a proven track record of B2B sales experience, preferably in international high-tech industry environment

 

Advantages:

  • Distributor / channel sales management experience
  • Participated in successful international sales tenders or corporate procurement procedures
  • Experience in precision / optical instruments medical devices and diagnostic lab product sales
  • Network in healthcare or medical device industry
