CentralLogService (CLS) is 3HISTECH’s server application for the remote monitoring and control of all clients for enhanced cybersecurity.
We offer our latest server application for the remote monitoring and control of all clients. The CentralLogService application is called to alert professionals or the administrator if an error or exceptional event has occurred during an operation or procedure. Generally, a clinical environment means that the scanners and servers are integrated into the local intranet. The internal connection protects the diagnostic systems from viruses. Since our systems are not accessible by external connections, it is difficult to know if an error event occurred. Due to the closed intranet, the e-mail sending process does not work, either.
We developed the CentralLogService application to save and send error reports based on logged events in the system. This application simultaneously manages and stores logged operational events of the scanners and CaseManager.) This application also provides remote access to the connected clients to track the state of the scanning process, since each connected device sends event information to this application based on which a log database is created.
